Xoá tài khoản Bepzy

Ứng dụng Bepzy do Trần Đức Thành phát triển. Bạn có thể xoá tài khoản theo một trong hai cách.

Cách 1: Trong ứng dụng

Mở Bepzy và đăng nhập.
Vào Tôi → Cài đặt → Quyền riêng tư.
Chọn Xoá tài khoản và xác nhận.

Cách 2: Không cần mở ứng dụng

Gửi email tới support@bepzy.com từ địa chỉ email của tài khoản Bepzy, tiêu đề “Xoá tài khoản Bepzy”. Chúng tôi xác nhận và xoá trong vòng 30 ngày; nếu email gửi không trùng email tài khoản, chúng tôi sẽ hỏi thêm để xác minh.

Dữ liệu được xoá

Xoá ngay: tài khoản, dữ liệu đồng bộ (yêu thích, bữa ăn, kế hoạch, giá, chi tiêu), công thức bạn đăng, số liệu sử dụng AI, thông tin gói Premium.
Ẩn danh: báo cáo vi phạm bạn đã gửi.
Tự hết hạn: nhật ký máy chủ, tối đa khoảng 30 ngày.

Xoá tài khoản không huỷ gói trả phí. Hãy huỷ gói trong App Store hoặc Google Play để không bị tính phí tiếp. Chi tiết: Chính sách quyền riêng tư.

Delete your Bepzy account

The Bepzy app is developed by Trần Đức Thành. You can delete your account in either of two ways.

Option 1: In the app

Open Bepzy and sign in.
Go to Me → Settings → Privacy.
Choose Delete account and confirm.

Option 2: Without the app

Email support@bepzy.com from your Bepzy account's email address with the subject “Delete my Bepzy account”. We confirm and delete within 30 days; if you write from a different address, we'll ask a few questions to verify you.

What gets deleted

Immediately: your account, synced data (favorites, meals, plans, prices, expenses), recipes you posted, AI usage figures and Premium details.
Anonymized: reports you submitted.
Expires on its own: server logs, within about 30 days.

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid plan. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play to stop being charged. Details: Privacy Policy.
