Bepzy là ứng dụng nấu ăn giúp bạn tìm món, nấu theo hướng dẫn, lên thực đơn và ghi chi tiêu. Chính sách này giải thích dữ liệu nào được xử lý, vì sao, ở đâu, giữ trong bao lâu và quyền của bạn. Bepzy không bán dữ liệu, không hiển thị quảng cáo và không theo dõi bạn trên ứng dụng hay trang web khác. Ứng dụng chỉ dùng thống kê ẩn danh và báo cáo lỗi để cải thiện sản phẩm, và bạn có thể tắt trong Cài đặt.
Bepzy được phát triển và vận hành bởi cá nhân Trần Đức Thành, Việt Nam (“chúng tôi”). Mọi câu hỏi và yêu cầu về quyền riêng tư: support@bepzy.com.

Chúng tôi không nhận số thẻ hay thông tin thanh toán: App Store và Google Play xử lý thanh toán. Ứng dụng không truy cập vị trí, danh bạ, micro hay máy ảnh.
Khi bạn chat với AI, Bepzy gửi câu hỏi của bạn, các tin nhắn gần đây, dị ứng, lượng calo còn lại, chi tiêu và kế hoạch bữa ăn tới Google Gemini (Google LLC) để tạo câu trả lời. Khi tạo món bằng AI, Bepzy gửi nguyên liệu và lựa chọn bạn nhập. Tên và email của bạn không được gửi đi.
Ứng dụng hỏi bạn đồng ý trước lần chat đầu tiên. Bạn có thể rút lại đồng ý bất kỳ lúc nào trong Cài đặt → Thu hồi đồng ý dùng AI; khi đó ứng dụng không gửi gì tới AI cho tới khi bạn đồng ý lại. Máy chủ của chúng tôi không lưu nội dung chat; lịch sử chat chỉ nằm trên thiết bị của bạn. Câu trả lời của AI có thể sai, xem Điều khoản sử dụng.
Các nhà cung cấp này chỉ được xử lý dữ liệu theo chỉ dẫn của chúng tôi và theo điều khoản bảo vệ dữ liệu của họ.
Dữ liệu của bạn được lưu tại Liên minh châu Âu (Bỉ và Ireland) và có thể được các nhà cung cấp ở mục 4 xử lý tại Hoa Kỳ hoặc quốc gia khác. Với người dùng tại EU, việc chuyển dữ liệu dựa trên các cơ chế bảo vệ mà các nhà cung cấp này áp dụng, như Điều khoản hợp đồng tiêu chuẩn của Uỷ ban châu Âu. Với người dùng tại Việt Nam, việc chuyển dữ liệu ra nước ngoài được thực hiện theo Luật Bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân.
Trong ứng dụng: Cài đặt → Quyền riêng tư → Xoá tài khoản. Ngoài ứng dụng: làm theo hướng dẫn tại trang yêu cầu xoá tài khoản. Khi xoá, chúng tôi xoá ngay dữ liệu đồng bộ, món yêu thích, công thức bạn đăng, số liệu sử dụng và thông tin gói; báo cáo bạn đã gửi được ẩn danh. Nhật ký máy chủ tự hết hạn theo mục 6.
Xoá tài khoản không huỷ gói trả phí. Hãy huỷ gói trong App Store hoặc Google Play để không bị tính phí tiếp.
Tuỳ nơi bạn sống (gồm Liên minh châu Âu theo GDPR, Việt Nam theo Luật Bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân số 91/2025/QH15, và California, Hoa Kỳ), bạn có quyền: được biết về việc xử lý dữ liệu; truy cập và nhận bản sao; chỉnh sửa; xoá; hạn chế hoặc phản đối việc xử lý; mang dữ liệu đi; rút lại sự đồng ý (không ảnh hưởng tới việc xử lý trước đó); và khiếu nại tới cơ quan quản lý bảo vệ dữ liệu nơi bạn sống. Gửi yêu cầu tới support@bepzy.com; chúng tôi trả lời trong vòng 30 ngày và có thể cần xác minh bạn là chủ tài khoản. Chúng tôi không bán hay chia sẻ dữ liệu cá nhân cho mục đích quảng cáo.
Mọi kết nối giữa ứng dụng và máy chủ đều được mã hoá (HTTPS). Quyền truy cập máy chủ và cơ sở dữ liệu được giới hạn, khoá bí mật không nằm trong ứng dụng, mật khẩu (nếu có) được băm. Không có hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối; nếu xảy ra sự cố ảnh hưởng tới bạn, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo theo quy định pháp luật.
Trên iOS, ứng dụng hỏi bạn một lần (hộp “Cho phép theo dõi”). Chỉ khi bạn cho phép, Google Analytics for Firebase mới dùng mã quảng cáo (IDFA) để đo quảng cáo nào đưa người dùng tới Bepzy; bạn đổi ý được trong Cài đặt của iPhone. Ngoài trường hợp đó, Bepzy không theo dõi bạn qua các ứng dụng hay trang web khác, không dùng mã quảng cáo Android và không cho bên thứ ba quảng cáo theo dõi trong ứng dụng. Thống kê ẩn danh ở mục 2 chỉ dùng để cải thiện Bepzy, và bạn tắt được trong Cài đặt → Gửi thống kê ẩn danh và báo cáo lỗi. Ứng dụng không phản hồi riêng tín hiệu “Do Not Track” của trình duyệt; hãy dùng nút tắt này.
Bepzy không dành cho trẻ dưới 13 tuổi, hoặc dưới độ tuổi tối thiểu để tự đồng ý xử lý dữ liệu tại nơi bạn sống. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em. Nếu bạn cho rằng trẻ em đã cung cấp dữ liệu, hãy liên hệ để được xoá.
Khi chính sách thay đổi, chúng tôi cập nhật ngày hiệu lực ở đầu trang và thông báo trong ứng dụng nếu thay đổi quan trọng.

Bepzy is a cooking app that helps you find dishes, cook along, plan meals and log spending. This policy explains what data is processed, why, where, for how long, and your rights. Bepzy doesn't sell data, show ads, or track you across other apps and websites. The app only uses anonymous usage statistics and crash reports to improve the product, and you can turn them off in Settings.
Bepzy is developed and operated by Trần Đức Thành, an individual in Vietnam (“we”). Privacy questions and requests: support@bepzy.com.

We never receive card or payment details: the App Store and Google Play handle payment. The app doesn't access your location, contacts, microphone or camera.
When you chat with the AI, Bepzy sends your question, recent messages, allergies, remaining calories, spending and meal plan to Google Gemini (Google LLC) to produce a reply. For AI recipes, Bepzy sends the ingredients and options you enter. Your name and email are not sent.
The app asks for your consent before your first chat. You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings → Withdraw AI consent; the app then sends nothing to the AI until you agree again. Our servers don't store chat content; chat history stays on your device. AI answers can be wrong; see the Terms of Use.
These providers may process data only on our instructions and under their own data protection terms.
Your data is stored in the European Union (Belgium and Ireland) and may be processed by the providers in section 4 in the United States or other countries. For users in the EU, transfers rely on the safeguards these providers apply, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. For users in Vietnam, transfers abroad follow the Personal Data Protection Law.
In the app: Settings → Privacy → Delete account. Outside the app: follow the account deletion request page. On deletion we immediately remove synced data, favorites, recipes you posted, usage figures and Premium details; reports you submitted are anonymized. Server logs expire as in section 6.
Deleting your account does not cancel a paid plan. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play to stop being charged.
Depending on where you live (including the European Union under the GDPR, Vietnam under Personal Data Protection Law No. 91/2025/QH15, and California, United States), you have the right to: be informed about processing; access your data and get a copy; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to processing; data portability; withdraw consent (without affecting earlier processing); and complain to the data protection authority where you live. Send requests to support@bepzy.com; we reply within 30 days and may need to verify that you own the account. We don't sell or share personal data for advertising.
All connections between the app and our servers are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to servers and the database is restricted, secret keys are never shipped in the app, and passwords (if any) are hashed. No system is perfectly secure; if an incident affects you, we will notify you as the law requires.
On iOS, the app asks you once (the “Allow tracking” prompt). Only if you allow it does Google Analytics for Firebase use the advertising identifier (IDFA) to measure which ads bring people to Bepzy; you can change this in your iPhone's Settings. Apart from that, Bepzy doesn't track you across other apps or websites, doesn't use the Android advertising ID, and doesn't let advertising third parties track you in the app. The anonymous statistics in section 2 are used only to improve Bepzy, and you can turn them off in Settings → Share anonymous usage and crash reports. The app doesn't respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals separately; use this switch instead.
Bepzy isn't intended for children under 13, or under the minimum age to consent to data processing where you live. We don't knowingly collect children's data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we'll delete it.
When this policy changes, we update the effective date at the top and notify you in the app if the change is significant.
